Kuwait Revalued JV With Dow Chemicals Down By $4B

Kuwait has revalued a $20 billion joint venture with Dow Chemical down to $16 billion. KPC has sent a delegation to the United States to renegotiate the deal, now expected to come in at around $16 billion
