Sacyr Vallehermoso in $10B deal with Citigroup (AP)

Spanish construction company Sacyr Vallehermoso said Monday it has agreed to sell its highway-operating unit, Itinere, to Citigroup Inc. in a deal valued at nearly euro7.9 billion .
